Portable client

  • Standard installation stays on a minimal number of computers where a portable client is inappropriate (e.g. a communications server).

Web terminal


  • Web Terminal is a web application that replaces the classic hardware terminal.
  • Suitable for office environments and remote workplaces with access to the corporate network.
  • Login via a standard web browser.

Personal web interface


Main Features:

  • Checking and correcting attendance, creating requests for refunds, editing orders.
  • Display registrations, errors, hours worked, raises and refunds.
  • Functions dependent on PowerKey components and permission settings.

  • The Personal Web Interface is a module to the PowerKey attendance system for checking and correcting employee attendance.
  • Independent of operating system, browser and the need to install the application on each computer.
  • Intuitive environment with the ability to add help or video tutorials, eliminating individual training.
  • Active Directory authentication can be used instead of logging in with a personal number to increase security.
  • Multi-language capability (Czech, English, Slovak; additional languages can be added).
  • Tracking of employee presence at the workplace with the possibility of filtering and tracking the reason for absence.

Full web interface


  • The full web interface is a module to PowerKey for supervisors, allowing them to check, correct and approve the attendance of subordinates.
  • Allows scheduling of attendance, entering absences and approving requests via email, linking to Microsoft Outlook.
  • Automatically includes a personal web interface for employees.
  • Independent of operating system, browser and application installation on each computer.
  • Intuitive environment with the ability to add help and video tutorials without the need to train new managers.
  • Security through Active Directory authentication instead of logging in with a username and password.

Planning basis


  • The scheduling module is used to schedule attendance-related states and their transition to reality during attendance processing.
  • The graphical environment provides an overview of scheduled shifts and absences.
  • You can view the scheduled shift and type of absence (vacation, sick, doctor, etc.) for each day.

Main Features:

  • Scheduling of shift distribution including compliance with statutory breaks.
  • Selection of reasons for absence (full day, half day, specific time).
  • Scheduling business trips, training and other work activities.
  • Scheduling on-call and reporting it in the attendance register.

Labor Code Support:

  • Caution about exceeding safety breaks between shifts and during the week when scheduling unevenly distributed work hours.
  • Ability to schedule on-call time in accordance with §96 of the Labour Code (including start and end times).

Extended planning


Basic planning module upgrade allows:

  • Scheduling of shift start and end times with automatic time pool calculation.
  • Enter overtime before or after a shift, or as a time range for off-shift work (scheduled, but must actually occur).
  • Bulk scheduling for multiple workers at the same time (shift changes, overtime, absences), entering changes for each worker individually.
  • Scheduling of shift positions, including checking key staffing and calculating extra pay accounts.
  • Divide labour costs into multiple cost centres, with support for export to payroll or production systems.

Manage scheduling requirements


  • Scheduling Requests Management allows you to enter requests for absences (holiday, doctor, paragraph), shifts, overtime, positions and cost centres.
    • Requests can be entered by employees:

    • Using the web interface (login via personal number, password, Active Directory or identification media).
    • Using the information kiosk module (login via identification media).

     

  • Requests shall be approved by the Chief Executive Officer or authorised person.
      • E-mail notification:

      • The request is automatically forwarded to the manager who receives an email with a direct link to process the request via the web interface.
      • The employee is notified of changes to the status of his/her requests via email

Information kiosk


  • The self-service kiosk extends PowerKey to provide interactive access for employees to a variety of information, making the flow of information faster and more accurate.

  • User-oriented control for touch screens.

Basic Features:

  • Display image/logo or intranet page in unlogged state, different image page when logged in.
  • Sign in using RFID card, Dallas chip or biometric scanner.
  • Display the name, personal number and photo of the logged-in employee.
  • Automatic logout after a certain period of inactivity.
  • Open some modules without logging in (e.g. menu).

Attendance overview:

  • View current data and full history.
  • Summary display of up to ten values (e.g. leave balance, overtime, meal credit).
  • Quick overview of the month in the calendar (hours worked, absences, errors).
  • Detailed view of attendance on a daily basis (arrivals, departures, extras).
  • Annual attendance view (entitlements, drawdowns, balances).

Meal Ordering:

  • The ability to order food several days in advance with the option to cancel.
  • Check account and credit status.
  • Return of ordered meals to the exchange.
  • Addition of a thermal printer for printing tickets for dispensing.

Attendance Planning:

  • An overview of scheduled events in the monthly calendar.
