Planning basis

- The scheduling module is used to schedule attendance-related states and their transition to reality during attendance processing.
- The graphical environment provides an overview of scheduled shifts and absences.

Manage scheduling requirements

- Scheduling Requests Management allows you to enter requests for absences (holiday, doctor, paragraph), shifts, overtime, positions and cost centres.

- Using the web interface (login via personal number, password, Active Directory or identification media).
- Using the information kiosk module (login via identification media).
- Requests shall be approved by the Chief Executive Officer or authorised person.

- The request is automatically forwarded to the manager who receives an email with a direct link to process the request via the web interface.

- The self-service kiosk extends PowerKey to provide interactive access for employees to a variety of information, making the flow of information faster and more accurate.
