Customised QTir suspension system

Truck drivers arriving at the site first park in the staging area, where they then register their transport on a self-service outdoor kiosk using a touch screen. The registration interface is available in several languages and allows drivers to quickly navigate the registration process. Correct transport classification and subsequent navigation is already supported during registration by a combination of selecting and entering the correct transport data. After registration, the transports are entered into the system, from where they can be called up to specific locations (indoor car parks, warehouses, offices). The recall is done via a large LED display located in the parking lot and an SMS message sent to the truck driver’s mobile phone. After the truck is called to the premises (for clearance, loading, etc.), the driver receives an SMS message instructing him to move to a specific position. On arrival at the gate, the called-up vehicle is identified by a camera with recording and license plate reading and is automatically let into the premises. All vehicles entering the premises are identified, and passage through the gate is automated and only vehicles with access permits are allowed. The admission of other vehicles is handled individually. The clearance of trucks is done in the warehouse application by warehousemen who perform the unloading, loading and clearance of the unloading. The office module allows a single button to call up the driver to collect customs documents, followed by another button to instruct the driver to leave the premises. Instructions are again relayed to drivers via SMS, thus avoiding unwanted personal contact with drivers. The departure of vehicles from the premises is again controlled by cameras with recording and license plate reading, thus automated processes eliminate the possible departure of vehicles before all necessary clearance operations have been carried out. All check-in steps are continuously recorded and detailed records are available to managers if required.
